However, the all digital drive technology of domestic motor is still relatively backward, mainly limited to the lack of practical motor digital control algorithm and high reliable power module, which greatly limits the promotion of domestic motor.

Due to the national attention to manufacturing equipment and its technical transformation, as the performance price ratio of all digital AC permanent magnet servo system increases gradually, the market demand of AC extruded aluminum motor, as a high-end precision part of control motor, will grow steadily, and its application prospects will be very promising in the past five years.
The extrusion aluminum motor housing is a kind of motor which uses the action principle of electromagnet to convert the pulse signal into linear displacement or angular displacement. For each electric pulse, the stepping motor rotates at a certain angle to drive the machine to move for a short distance. Maximum output torque setting of servo driver:
1. Set the pulse range of positioning completion under the position control mode;
2. This parameter provides the basis for the driver to judge whether to complete the positioning under the position control mode. When the number of remaining pulses in the position deviation counter is less than or equal to the set value of this parameter, the servo driver considers that the positioning has been completed, and the position switch signal is on, otherwise it is off;
3. In position control mode, output position positioning completion signal, acceleration and deceleration time constant;
4. The setting value is the acceleration time of the motor from 0 to 2000 R / min or the deceleration time from 2000 to 0 R / min;
5. Acceleration and deceleration characteristics are linear range of arrival speed;
6. Set the arrival speed.
