1. The cause of the failure may be:
1) The motor winding is damp or the insulation is seriously aging;
2) Poor grounding;
3) The power line and the grounding line are wrong;
4) The wiring board is dirty;
5) The insulation of the lead wire is aging and damaged;
6) The winding end cover is grounded.
2. The corresponding processing methods are:
1) Dry the damp motor; the aging insulation must be renewed in time.
2) Find out the cause along the ground wire and take corresponding measures to correct it.
3) Correct the wiring error after finding the power line and grounding line.
4) Clean the wiring board.
5) Wrap up or new lead wires with insulating tape.
6) Remove the end cover and find the grounding point. The grounding point of the coil should be wrapped, insulated and painted, and the inner wall of the end cover should be lined with insulating paper.
