Reasons for electrification of motor enclosure:
1、 The cause of the failure may be:
1) The motor winding is damp or the insulation is seriously aged;
2) Poor grounding;
3) Wrong power line and ground wire;
4) The wiring board has serious dirt;
5) Aging and damage of outgoing line insulation;
6) The top cover of winding end is grounded.
2、 The corresponding treatment methods are as follows:
1) The damp motor shall be dried and the aged insulation shall be renewed in time.
2) Check the ground wire to find out the cause and take corresponding measures to correct it.
3) Find out the power line and ground wire and correct the wiring error.
4) Clean the terminal block.
5) Wrap or new leads with insulating tape.
6) Remove the end cover and find out the grounding point. The coil grounding point should be wrapped, insulated and painted. The inner wall of the end cover must be padded with insulating paper.
