
1. When the thermal protection of aluminum motor body is running continuously, it should be determined whether the fault is caused by aluminum motor, or overload or the setting value of protection device is too low, which may be put into operation after troubleshooting.
2. The operating environment should always be dry, the surface of aluminum motor body should be clean, and the air inlet should not be blocked by dust and fiber.
3. After the bearing life is over, the vibration and noise of the motor will increase greatly. Check whether the radial clearance of the bearing reaches the following value, and then replace the bearing.
4. Ensure that aluminum motor body is well lubricated during operation. Generally, after the motor has been running for a period of time, the grease should be added or replaced. When the bearing overheats or the lubrication becomes poor during operation, replace the hydraulic oil with grease immediately. When changing the grease, remove the old lubricating oil and clean the oil groove of the bearing and bearing cover with gasoline.
5. When the coil is replaced, the form, size, turns and wire gauge of the original coil must be written down. When you lose these data, you should ask the manufacturer to replace the original design coil at will. Some performance degradation or even loss of value.
6. When disassembling the motor, the rotor can be taken out from the extended end or non extended end of the shaft. If the fan does not need to be disassembled, it is more convenient to take out the rotor from the non shaft extension end. When removing the rotor from the stator, avoid damaging the stator winding or insulating layer.
