Electric motor body includes sheet metal stretch forming electric motor body, die casting forming electric motor body, cold extrusion forming and alloy tube forming electric motor body. Because of its low density, light weight and convenient processing, it is widely used. Cold extrusion blank and turning finish metal alloy electric motor body structure need aging treatment after cold extrusion. After finish turning, the surface needs to be anodized. Electric motor body has the following functions:



1. Grounding / leakage protection
Electric motor body has the functions of grounding protection and leakage protection at the same time. The current signal of grounding protection is taken from the vector sum of internal current transformer, which is used to protect the phase line from short circuit of electric motor body. Electric motor body can detect 30mA ~ 50mA fault current by adding leakage transformer, which is mainly used for indirect grounding protection to ensure personal safety.
2. External fault protection
When the electric motor body detects that there is an external fault, and the external fault switch input is inconsistent with the switch input state defined by the electric motor body, the electric motor body protects according to the set requirements to ensure the safety of the motor equipment.
