Using this tooling, the two end faces of the aluminum alloy motor housing can be processed at the same time after one clamping. The concentricity of the inner hole of the extended aluminum profiles for motor housing is ≤ 0.02mm, which improves the production efficiency more than twice and solves the problem of high noise of the aluminum alloy motor housing.
